摘要 目的针对运用胰岛素泵进行持续皮下注射的护理措施进行分析。方法选取2012年3月—2013年3月该院收治的2型糖尿病患者100例,将其分为两组,即观察组与对照组,每组各50例。观察组患者采用临床路径指导的形式对患者进行护理,对照组采用常规的护理形式对患者进行护理,观察两组的护理效果。结果察组患者经过临床路径指导后,空腹血糖为(5.43±0.84)mmol/L,餐后2 h(9.33±1.32)mmol/L,低血糖发生率为4.5%,对照组经过常规护理后,空腹血糖为(6.64±0.95)mmol/L,餐后2 h(10.46±1.64)mmol/L,低血糖发生率为16.9%,两组患者对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于使用胰岛素泵进行治疗的2型糖尿病患者进行系统的护理,能够有效的帮助患者控制血糖,减少与延缓糖尿病并发生症的发生,值得在临床中应用。 Objective Were analyzed for the use of continuous subcutaneous insulin pump care measures.Methods Select March2012 March 2013 in our hospital 100 patients with type 2 diabetes,which is divided into two groups,namely the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group.Observed in patients using clinical pathways to guide patient care in the form of the control group using conventional forms of care for patients in nursing,nursing effects were observed.Results After observing patients through clinical pathway guidance,fasting blood glucose(5.43 ± 0.84)mmol/L,postprandial 2 h(9.33 ± 1.32)mmol/L,hypoglycemia was 4.5%in the control group after the routine care,fasting plasma glucose was(6.64 ± 0.95)mmol/L,postprandial 2 h(10.46± 1.64)mmol/L,16.9%incidence of hypoglycemia,comparing two groups of patients,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion For the use of insulin pump therapy in type 2 diabetes care system,can effectively help patients control blood sugar,reduce and delay the occurrence of diabetes and the incidence of disease,it is worth clinical application.
