摘要
目的观察医学营养及护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者的影响。方法回顾性分析2013年12月—2014年12月该院112例GDM患者的临床资料,按照不同护理方法分为观察组和对照组,每组56例,对照组行常规护理,观察组在其基础上予医学营养及护理干预,比较两组血糖、并发症及体重。结果观察组护理后空腹与餐后血糖均低于对照组,早产、剖宫产、羊水过多、产后出血均少于对照组,且分娩前体重低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医学营养及护理干预能够降低妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖水平和并发症几率,且可有效控制其体重指数。
Objective To observe the effect of medical nutrition and nursing intervention of gestational diabetic patients.Methods retrospective analysis of clinical data in 2013December-2014 year in December in our hospital 112 cases of patients with GDM,according to different nursing methods are divided into observation group and control group,56 cases in each group,the control group received routine nursing care,the observation group were given medical nutrition and nursing intervention on the basis of comparison between the two groups,blood sugar,complications and weight.Results To observe the fasting and postprandial blood glucose group care were lower than the control group,the premature delivery,cesarean section,postpartum hemorrhage,polyhydramnios was less than in the control group,and before birth weight lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion medical nutrition and nursing intervention can reduce the blood glucose level of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus and complications were pregnancy,and can effectively control the body weight index.
