80例糖尿病患者两种护理方式比较研究

A Comparative Study of 80 Cases of Diabetic Patients with two kinds of Nursing

目的比较两种不同的护理方式对糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法选取2012年7月—2013年7月于该院就诊的糖尿病患者共80例,将患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组患者各40例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予健康教育护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者对护理工作的满意度为92.5%,对照组对护理工作的满意度为35%,观察组患者对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组。观察组患者对治疗的依从率为97.5%,对照组的依从率为55%,观察组患者对治疗的依从性明显高于对照组。结论健康教育护理在糖尿病患者治疗中的应用效果显著,值得临床大量推广使用。

Objective To compare two different nursing clinical effect on patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods From 2012 July to2013 diabetic patients in our hospital in July were 80 cases,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each,the control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group was given health education nursing care,compared two groups of patients with nursing effect.Results The observation group of patients satisfaction with nursing work was 92.5%,the control group of nursing satisfaction was 35%,the observation group of patients satisfaction with nursing work was higher than that of control group.Observation of treatment compliance of the patients was 97.5%,the control group compliance rate was 55%,the observation group patients compliance to treatment was significantly higher than that in control group.Conclusion The application effect of health education and nursing in the treatment of diabetic patients is significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion use.
