基于教育生态学的高等职业教育校企合作保障机制

Research on University-enterprise Cooperation Guarantee Mechanism in Higher Vocational Education :a Perspective from Education Ecology

探索校企合作研究的新视角,是推动校企合作研究的现实需要。该文从教育生态学基本原理出发,分析了高等职业教育校企合作存在的问题,从完善顶层设计、健全评价反馈机制、加强高职院校内涵建设三个方面提出了构建校企合作保障机制的对策。

Exploring a new research perspective of university-enterprise cooperation is the practical needs of promoting the study of university-enterprise cooperation. From the perspective of Education Ecology, this paper analyzed the university-enterprise cooperation problems existing in the higher vocational education, and put forward the countermeasures of constructing university-enterprise cooperation guarantee mechanism from three aspects：improving the top design,perfecting evaluation feedback mechanism and strengthening the connotation construction of higher vocational colleges.
