摘要
清末民初,美国基督教复初会牧师海维礼博士在湖南岳阳传教布道时,创办了湖滨教会学校,历时五十二年,为当地培养了一批颇有建树的优秀人才。
In the late Qing and early Republic period, when the priest named Dr Hawelly of reformed church of American Christianity preached in Yueyang, he founded Hubin Missionary Schools which has taken 52 years and cultivated a batch of excellent talent for local.
