Payment is a key joint of health ＆medical service process in the current health care system. Medical payment innovation is one of the most important power to promote the development of medical and health services. Combined with the current development of health informationization, the rising of population health service industry and the problems met in the medical and health service process, we analyze the necessity of constructing of a unified health payment platform in Liaoning Province and introduce construction thoughts of this platform.
