摘要
探讨了面向广大基层医院、社康中心和地区中心医院的区域影像平台解决方案,实现为区域提供方便的医疗影像资源共享,提高医疗卫生机构影像服务工作方面的效率和诊治水平,加强医疗卫生质量控制,降低医疗检查成本,缩短群众就医时间,更好地为区域内群众提供高效的医疗卫生服务。并阐述了基于云服务的区域影像平台在江阴市的实现过程及应用效果。
This article discusses the regional image platform solution for primary hospitals, community health centers and regional hospital center. The scheme realizes the regional medical image sharing of resources, improves the medical and health institutions image service working efficiency and the level of diagnosis and treatment, strengthen medical quality, reduce the cost and shorten the masses for medical examination time, provide efficient health services for the masses. On this basis, elaborates the realizing process and application effect of regional image platform based on cloud service.
