摘要
利用精制糖滤泥制备复合石灰粉,将其用于甘蔗制糖清净工艺过程中的预灰和中和反应,预灰的pH在6.2-6.4之间,中和反应的p H在8.3-8.5之间。采用人工神经网络处理实验结果,获得了低硫无磷制糖清净工艺的建模方程和最佳工艺条件为:预灰pH=6.30,1%聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵用量为6.50mL·L^-1,焦亚硫酸钠用量为1.05g·L^-1,中和反应pH=8.30,0.1%聚丙烯酰胺用量为3.1mL·L^-1。结果表明,用精制糖滤泥制备的复合石灰符合甘蔗制糖清净工艺使用要求。
The composite lime powder which prepared from refined sugar filtered mud was used for preliming and neutralization in sugarcane purification process. pH of preliming process was 6.2-6.4, pH of neutral reaction was 8.3-8.5. Artificial neural network was applied to deal with experimental results, and the low-sulphur and phosphorus-free sugarcane purification process modeling equations was obtained. The optimal conditions were: preliming pH=6.30, 1% polydimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride of the dosage was 6.50 mL/L, sodium metabisulfite of the dosage was 1.05g/L, neutralization pH=8.30, 0.1% PAM of the dosage was 3.1mL/L. Results showed that the preparation composite lime powder with refined sugar filtered mud meet the requirement of sugarcane purification process.
