针对我国妇科美容手术女性外阴测量的初步研究

Measurements of female genital appearance in Chinese adults seeking genital cosmetic surgery:apreliminary report from a gynecological center

目的通过测量女性外阴数值,探讨女性外阴结构与一般人口学特征的关系。方法对2010年8月至2013年8月319例妇科美容手术女性进行外阴测量。每例测量16个参数,并分为未婚和已婚女性,比较测量值与年龄、身高、体质量、体质指数（BMI）的相关性。结果 319例女性外阴测量的主要参数：阴蒂包皮长（25.66±4.42）mm,会阴体长度（24.56±4.2）mm,小阴唇底边长（47.99±5.82）mm,左侧小阴唇宽（19.92±8.46）mm,右侧小阴唇宽（21.26±8.71）mm,大阴唇长（75.71±5.22）mm,大阴唇宽（20.53±4.11）mm,其中小阴唇宽变异度较大（3-45mm）。已婚女性会阴体长度（24.2mm）下降（P=0.048）,而左侧后唇距为（49.5±9.5）mm,右侧后唇距为（51.5±10.6）mm,小阴唇底边长为（49.2±6.1）mm）,与未婚女性比较均增大（P=0.005,0.006）。小阴唇底边长与身高（β=-0.24,P=0.0177）、体质量（β=0.28,P=0.0009）有关,大阴唇长与体质量（β=0.30,P=0.0003）有关。结论虽然女性外阴测量数值有较大的变异,但阴蒂包皮长度、会阴体长度取值范围接近,约为小阴唇底边长的1/2。未婚和已婚女性外阴测量参数有一定的差异。部分测量参数与身高、体质量有一定的相关性。

Objective To measure the external genitalia in Chinese female adults seeking genital cosmetic surgeries and to evaluate the relationship of female external genitalia and general demographic details.Methods Our study design recruited 319 females referred to the out-patient clinic from August 2010 to August 2013.From each individual we measured 16 parameters,analyzed the differences between married and unmarried group and accessed the significance of variations in age,height,weight and BMI.Results The primary parameters were as follows：clitoral prepuce length（25.66±4.42）mm,perineal body length（24.56±4.2）mm,labia minora length（47.99±5.82）mm,labia minora width of left side（19.92±8.46）mm,labia minora width of right side（21.26±8.71）mm,labia majora length（75.71±5.22）mm,labia majora width（20.53±4.11）mm.The range of labia minora width（3-45mm）was wide.Compared with unmarried women,Perineal body length 24.2 mm decreased（P=0.048）,while apex to perineum（bilateral）and labial length（apex to perineum of left side：49.5mm,apex to perineum of right side 51.5mm,labia minora：49.2mm increased（P=0.005,0.006）in those married.Labia minora length was associated with height（β=-0.24,P=0.018）,and weight（β=0.28,P=0.0009）.Labia majora length was associated with weight（β=0.30,P=0.0003）.Conclusions We presented an external genitalia database of Chinese female adults seeking gynecological cosmetic surgeries.Although the ranges of genital measurements vary,clitoral prepuce length and perineal body length were in the same scope.There are differences between married and unmarried groups which should be paid attention in surgical designs and genital esthetic evaluation.
