摘要
针对通信部门对移动基站资源管理的需求,从系统总体设计入手,提出了基于Arc Engine的移动资源管理信息系统设计的基本过程,包括系统设计的目标、系统数据的组织、系统功能模块的设计。系统利用COM技术和组件GIS技术,采用面向对象的系统分析和设计方法,确保系统软件的实用性、可靠性、规范性、可扩展性,提高系统开发的效率,降低成本,为通信管理部门的业务操作提供决策支持。
