摘要
护理教育旨在培育专业能力与人文涵养兼备的护士,而人文涵养的培育是生命教育的范畴。该文探讨护理教育与生命教育的目的与涵义,两者的关联及融汇;以香港中文大学那打素护理学院为例,介绍落实推行护理生命教育的方法、成效评估及教师的角色,并就推行过程中遇到的挑战提供一些具体建议。
Nursing education aims to equip nurses with professional abilities and human virtues,while cultivating human virtues falls within the scope of life education. This article examines the purposes and scopes of nursing education and life education, their relationship and integration,measures to implement and evaluate life education in nursing,roles of teachers,challenges encountered during the process and related suggestions.
