人文素质记分卡在护理本科生中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨人文素质记分卡对培养护理本科生人文素质的效果。方法将人文素质记分卡应用于2006—2010级196名护理专业本科生,每学年采用人文素质记分卡对学生进行测评。在实习结束时,由实习总带教教师对学生的人文素质进行他评,以评价人文素质记分卡的应用效果。结果学生人文素质记分卡各维度得分及综合分有所上升(P〈0.01);带教教师对各届学生人文素质的他评均在80分以上。结论人文素质记分卡有助于提高护理本科生的人文素质,同时对教师起到鞭策作用,从而促进人文素质教育的可持续发展。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of humanistic quality scoring card in undergraduate nursing students. Methods The humanistic quality scoring card was applied among 196 undergradunte nursing students in five grades. The students were evaluated using the humanistic quality score card each year. At the end of clinical practice,the students' humanistic quality was assessed by clinical teachers. Results The total score and factor scores in humanistic quality scoring card increased year by year(P〈0.01). The scores of students' humanistic quality rated by clinical teachers were over 80 points. Conclusion The application of humanistic quality scoring card can improve undergraduate nursing students' humanistic quality,inspire teachers to strengthen humanistic quality education,and promote the continuous improvement of humanistic quality education.
