摘要
目的探讨合作性学习模式在护理实习生专业英语临床实践的运用效果。方法将2013年实习的护理本科生51名作为试验组,采用合作性学习模式进行专业英语的学习实践;2012年实习的护理本科生51名作为对照组,采用传统的教学方式进行学习实践。结果试验组学生理论、口语考试成绩均高于对照组(P<0.01)。84%试验组学生认为提高其英语学习主动性,88%认为增强其团队意识,96%认为该模式有助于提高其沟通和口语表达能力。试验组学生对英语教学满意度达到96.08%。结论合作性学习模式有利于提高临床实习学生的专业英语理论、口语成绩,有助于提高临床学生的英语学习满意度。
Objective To evaluate the effects of cooperative learning in the course of professional English among student nurses. Methods Traditional professional English teaching method was used in the control group(n=51 ), while cooperative learning method was applied in the experimental group(n=51). The outcomes were evaluated using English written test ,oral test and questionnaires. Results The scores of written and oral test and learning satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.01). Most students in the experimental group reported that cooperative learning could increase learning initiative (84%),enhance team spirit(88%), improve oral English level(96%). Forty-eight students(96.08%) was satisfied with the teaching method in experimental group. Conclusion Cooperative learning can improve nursing students' professional English level and increase student satisfaction.
