高等中医院校护理本科生在中医科室实习效果分析

The analysis of the clinical practice among undergraduate nursing students in TCM departments

目的了解高等中医院校护理本科生中医特色科室实习效果。方法采用自设问卷,对经过中医特色科室实习的本科学生进行调查。结果学生认为进行中医科室的实习是有必要的(76.67%),认为实习时间长度比较合适(73.33%),认为科室安排合理(80.00%),认为科室具有中医特色(90.00%)。学生在中医护理技术操作(83.33%)、中医特色健康教育(50.00%)、中医护理理论(40.00%)等各方面均有不同程度的提高。而带教情况不容乐观,只有50%以上的学生接受了专题讲座和健康教育。结论高等中医院校护理专业本科学生认为进行中医特色科室实习是有必要的,取得了一定的实习效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical practice experience of undergraduate nursing students in Chi- nese medicine departments. Methods Thirty senior undergraduate nursing students from a TCM university were investigated using a self-designed questionnaire. Results Twenty-three（76.67%） students reported that the clinical practice in TCM departments was necessary, Most students thought that the time arrangement（73.33%） and department arrangement （80.00%） was appropriate,and the departments embodied the characteristics of TCM （90.00%）. Most students reported that this practice improved their TCM nursing techniques （83.33%）,TCM health education ability （50.00%） and TCM nursing theoretical knowledge （40.00%）. However,the clinical teaching in TCM departments needed to be improved and only the arrangement of the seminar and health education achieved 50%. Conclusion Undergraduate nursing students from TCM universities think that it＇s necessary to arrange clinical practice in TCM departments and it achieves certain effect.
