摘要 目的评估同伴健康教育对改善社区糖尿病前期患者的风险因素效果。方法对上海某社区56例糖尿病前期患者给予基于社区的同伴教育项目6个月,于干预前、干预后3个月和6个月,分别收集患者体重、血糖和血脂相关指标,并评价其变化。并采用自设问卷评估患者糖尿病知识水平。结果干预前、干预后3个月和干预后6个月,患者血糖和体重相关指标、血脂相关指标及糖尿病知识水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论同伴健康教育是一种有效控制社区糖尿病前期患者血糖相关风险的方法。 Objective To evaluate the effect of peer education on controlling the risk factors of prediabetic patients. Methods Fifty-six prediabetic patients in Shanghai were enrolled in a six-month peer education program. Patients' indicators related to the body weight,blood pressure,blood glucose and lipid levels were assessed at baseline,3 and 6 months after intervention. Moreover,the patients were investigated using a self-designed diabetic knowledge questionnaire. Results Repeated measures analysis of variance indicated that patients' body mass index (BMI),blood glucose and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol at 3 and 6 months after intervention were significantly lower than baseline (P〈0.05),while the knowledge score increased than baseline (P〈0.01). Conclusion Peer education has been proved to be an effective approach to control the risks of prediabetic patients.
