摘要
文章结合学校教育教学改革进程中的实际工作,对"学风"、"学风问题"、"学风建设"、"校风"及"教风"等概念进行了重新认识,分析了影响学风形成及导向的因素,并对学风建设的实质目的进行了思考与分析,总结经验与分析内容,提出了学风建设的关键点是构建基于社会发展期待,并指向教育目标的教育管理制度。
In light of the practical work of the school educational reform,this paper re-defined the concepts of ＇style of study＇,＇problems of style of study＇,＇construction of style of study＇,＇school spirit＇ and ＇teaching style＇,analyzed the factors that are shaping and guiding them,and reflected on the essential purposes of constructing the style of study.It further pointed the key issue in constructing the style of study—the educational and management system that is based on the expectations of social development and is directing to educational aims.
