摘要
当前,毕业生到基层就业的比例较低,积极性和主动性不高。基层待遇差、政策不到位、就业观念陈旧等是影响新疆高校毕业生到基层就业的主要因素。各级政府、社会、高校、学生及家长的相互配合,形成合力是引导和鼓励高校毕业生到基层就业的有效途径。
It is of great significance to handle well the employment of college graduates in Xinjiang,especially for those ethnic minority students.At present,not many gradates get employed in grass-roots organs,and the graduates have little initiative in it.Poor benefits,lack of preferential policy,and outdated employment concept are the main factors behind it.Therefore,the government,social organizations,colleges,students and their parents must work together to guide and encourage graduates to find jobs in grass-roots.
