庭审话语目的语用距离关系分析

An Analysis of Goal and Pragma-Proxemics Relations in Court Discourse

文章对语用距离的定义、分类和功能进行了尝试性描述,构建了语用距离空间模型,提出了目的语用距离论。基于真实的庭审话语语料,应用目的语用距离论,对庭审话语目的语用距离关系进行了实证性分析。研究发现,目的一致、目的中立和目的冲突的庭审各方会形成相应的积极语用距离、中立语用距离和消极语用距离关系,再采取相应的缩短语用距离、维持语用距离和增加语用距离的话语策略,目的语用距离论完全适用于庭审话语分析。

This paper tentatively describes the definition,classification and function of pragma-proxemics,constructs the space model of pragma-proxemics and puts forward the Theory of Goal-Pragma-Proxemics.Based on real court discourse data and the application of the Theory of Goal-Pragma-Proxemics,it demonstratively analyzes the goal and pragma-proxemics relations of courtroom discourse.It is found out that the parties involved in court with consistent,neutral and conflictive goals will establish corresponding positive,neutral and negative pragma-proxemic relations and take corresponding discourse strategies for shortening pragma-proxemic,maintaining pragma-proxemic and increasing pragma-proxemic respectively.The Theory of Goal-Pragma-Proxemics is appropriate for analyzing court discourse.
