摘要
研究采用问卷调查法对新疆少数民族聚居区的双语师资队伍建设现状进行调查,针对双语教育资金投入不到位;双语师资队伍整体质量不高、数量不足、结构不合理;单语言环境的局限;双语教师培训机制不健全、培训效果不理想等问题,提出了加大配套资金投入、建设与双语教育发展相适应的师资队伍、努力营造双语文化环境、健全双语教师培训机制并提高效率等对策。
The questionnaire on the bilingual teachers in Kashi found that the investment in bilingual education is not adequate,the overall quality of the teachers is not high enough,their quantity is not sufficient,their structure is not reasonable,the monolingual environment restricted their development,the continuing education mechanism is not perfect,and the continuing education does not produce desirable effects.In light of these issues,this paper proposed corresponding measures to be taken to improve the quality of bilingual teachers in southern Xinjiang.
