终末期患者不予或撤除无效治疗文献综述

Reviewing the study on withholding or withdrawal futile treatment to the final-stage patients

医疗科技的迅猛发展在为患者带来希望的同时,也使许多危重症终末期患者及其家属陷入应否不予或撤除无效治疗的抉择困境。通过对我国国内研究现状进行综合分析,探讨目前我国在不予或撤除无效治疗之议题上的研究进展、实践过程中的困境与影响因素,并与国外的研究现状与理论成果进行对比分析,发现目前研究中所存在的不足,以期能在不断探索的过程中找到突破,并进一步探讨改善对策与发展建议,使生命质量得到社会更多的尊重,也为姑息护理的发展提供支持。

The development of the medical science and technology does good to the recovery of the patients,while it also bring the final-stage patients and their relatives to a dilemma that they should choose futile treatment in a certain time.On the basis of the analyzing the current situation of the research in our country and comparing with the current research and theoretical achievement overseas,probing the research progress,difficulties and the influence factor and finding the shortage of the current research with the hope that we can make a breakthrough in the process.Furthermore,proposing the strategies of developing and promoting on the futile treatment so that life can be more respected palliative care be more supported.
