国产与进口苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的药物经济学评价

Economic Evaluation of Domestic and Imported Amlodipine besylate in the Treatment of Primary Hypertension

目的探讨国产和进口苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的成本-效果。方法选取2014年3月至12月门诊收治的确诊为原发性高血压患者160例,将其采用随机数字表法分为两组,各80例,国产药组患者服用国产苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,进口药组患者服用进口苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,两组依据药物经济学原理对其药物的成本-效果进行评价。结果国产药组患者总有效率为72.5%,进口药组患者总有效率为76.2%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);进口药组、国产药组的药物成本-效果分析分别为2.125、0.070。结论经成本-效果分析后,国产苯磺酸氨氯地平用于治疗原发性高血压经济效果明显。

Objective To investigate the effect of domestic and imported amlodipine besylate in the treatment of primary hypertension cost.Methods In our hospital from 2014 March to December admitted to the outpatients diagnosed with primary hypertension in 160 cases,which were randomly divided into two groups,80 cases in each group,domestic patients taking domestic amlodipine,taking the import import of amlodipine besylate in treatment group patients,evaluate the cost-effectiveness principle of two groups on the basis of drug Economics on drugs. Results Domestic group, the total efficiency of 72.5%,imports of patients with the total effective rate was 76.2%,two groups had no statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）;import,domestic group drug cost effectiveness analysis were 2.125,0.070.Conclusion The cost-effectiveness analysis shows that,amlodipine produced in China for the treatment of primary hypertension remarkable economic.
