医用透明质酸钠预防人工流产术后远期并发症的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Sodium Hyaluronate in the Prevention of Long-term Complications after Artificial Abortion

目的探讨医用透明质酸钠预防人工流产术后远期并发症的临床疗效。方法将360例行人工流产术的患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组180例。对照组患者给予常规口服抗生素预防感染,观察组患者在其基础上加用透明质酸钠治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者腹痛持续时间、阴道出血时间、术后出血量均低于对照组,且月经恢复时间早于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者术后宫腔粘连发生率为1.7%,明显低于对照组的15.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论人工流产术后采用透明质酸钠治疗,能有效预防术后宫腔粘连的发生。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate in the prevention of long-term complications after artificial abortion.Methods 360 patients were randomly divided into two groups of artificial abortion,180 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional oral antibiotics to prevent infection, patients in the observation group on the basis of using sodium hyaluronate.Comparison of the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results Patients in the observation group duration of abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding,postoperative bleeding was lower than the control group,and menstrual recovery time earlier than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the observation group of patients with intrauterine adhesions occurred at a rate of 1.7%,significantly lower than the control group 15%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion After artificial abortion with hyaluronic acid sodium treatment,can effectively prevent the occurrence of intrauterine adhesions.
