超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞在小儿骨科手术中的应用价值

Application value of Ultrasound-guided Brachial Plexus block in Pediatric Department of Orthopedics Operation

目的探讨超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞在小儿骨科手术中的应用价值。方法选取收治的164例需进行骨科手术的患儿为研究对象,将其采用随机数字表法分为两组,各82例。研究组患儿予以超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞,对照组患儿则予以传统的臂丛神经阻滞,比较两组患儿的麻醉效果。结果两组患儿的麻醉操作时间、起效时间、持续时间及完全阻滞例数比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。在麻醉过程中,对照组患儿并发症发生率为6.1%;研究组患儿并发症发生率为1.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞的定位准确,麻醉效果更好,更适用于小儿骨科手术的需求。

Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound guided brachial plexus nerve block in pediatric department of orthopedics operation.Methods Select 164 cases in our hospital for Department of orthopedics operation as the research object,which were randomly divided into two groups,82 cases in each.Research group of patients treated with ultrasound-guided brachial plexus block,the patients in the control group were given traditional brachial plexus block,we compared two groups of patients with anesthesia.Results We compared two groups of patients with operation time,anesthesia onset time,duration and the number of cases of complete block,the differences were statistically significant（all P〈0.05）.In the process of anesthesia,the patients in the control group the incidence of complications was 6.1% in the study group;the incidence of complications was 1.2%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Brachial plexus nerve block guided by ultrasound can position accurately, better in anesthetic effect,more suitable for the needs of the pediatric orthopaedic surgery.
