集束化疼痛管理对骨科患者恢复的影响

Impact of cluster pain management on the recovery of patients in Department of orthopedics

目的探讨集束化疼痛管理对患者骨科恢复的影响。方法收集2013年2月至2014年1月骨科收治的90例骨折患者资料,将患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各45例,对照组患者采取常规护理,试验组患者在其基础上采用集束化疼痛管理方案,比较两组患者的疼痛评分、平均住院时间及护理满意度。结果试验组患者疼痛评分明显低于对照组,平均住院时间短于对照组,护理满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论骨科护理中采取集束化疼痛管理能有效减轻患者疼痛,缩短住院时间,提高患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of the management of cluster pain on the recovery of patients Department of orthopedics.Methods From 2013 February to 2014 January in our hospital department of orthopedics treated 90 cases of fractures,the patients were randomly divided into control group and experiment group,with 45 cases in each,the control group was taken with routine care,the experimental group were treated with pain management scheme based on cluster, compared two groups of patients with pain score,the average hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction.Results Patients in experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the average hospitalization time was shorter than the control group,nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion cluster pain management can reduce pain,shorter hospital stay,improve the satisfaction.
