摘要
涡激振动疲劳分析作为立管工程设计中重要内容,成为深水海洋工程中不可忽视的一部分。本文结合我国南海深水油气田开发前景,参考国际业界工程经验积累,基于行业国际主流分析软件Shear7系统介绍了顶张紧式立管的涡振疲劳分析流程,包括涡激振动的发生机理与理论方法,结构模型创建,流速输入转化等方面。此外通过典型算例对所提出的截面疲劳分布流速法与传统的平面投影法进行结果对比,对这种简化方法论证了其应用与参考性。文章着重分析过程细节,对工程实践中的涡振疲劳分析具有实际应用价值。
As the important aspect,vortex induced vibration fatigue is a key consideration in deep-water riser design. Base on development background of South China Sea oil and gas field and worldwide engineering experience,this paper is prepared for describing top tensioned riser VIV fatigue analysis method applying Shear7 which is the most popular software. The content includes theoretical introduction,creating model,and current converting methods. And furthermore,it demonstrated that the feasibility of a simple sectional fatigue summarizing method by results comparison. Some design details are also given in the paper. It has important reference value for deep water riser design and engineering.
