陈云留给我们的宝贵精神财富——纪念陈云诞辰110周年

On the Spiritual Treasures Left by Chen Yun

习近平总书记在中央纪念陈云同志诞辰110周年座谈会上的讲话,回顾了陈云同志伟大、光荣的一生,高度评价了陈云同志的丰功伟绩和崇高品格。陈云在中国革命、建设、改革的若干关键时刻都作出了重要贡献,给后人留下了极为宝贵的精神财富。其中包括他坚贞不渝的理想信念、实事求是的工作作风、勤政为民的崇高风范、坚持真理的非凡胆识、淡泊名利的高尚情怀;经济建设方面,他的关于综合平衡、统筹国内外两种资源和两个市场、扩大出口、"三个主体、三个补充"、国民经济按比例协调发展等思想;党风廉政方面,他强调党风和党纪的重要性、重视通过党风廉政教育增强共产党员的拒腐防变能力、始终坚持群众观点和群众路线、领导干部要在党风廉政方面身体力行并作出表率、坚持运用实事求是的思想方法。我们纪念陈云,就是要学习并继承他的这些精神,并将其运用到中国特色社会主义建设事业中。

The significant contributions by Chen Yun on revolution, construction and reform in China at crux periods left highly invaluable spiritual treasures for later generations. The treasures include his loyalty and steadfast faith for ideals, practical and realistic working attitude, lofty demeanor of his diligent performance on politics and service for people, his insistent pursuit of truth with extraordinary courage, and his ideals of indifference to fame and fortune. On economic construction, he expounded the aggregate balance and overall planning of two resources from both domestic and overseas markets, the expansion of exports, 'Three Cores and Three Supplements', and the co-development of national economy with reference to a certain proportion. As for the construction of the Party style and a clean government, he stressed the significance of the Party 's conduct and discipline,fortifying the Party members' resistance to corruption through the Party-style and the Party-member-integrity education. He also put emphasis on the persistent adherence to 'The Mass Viewpoint and the Mass Line ' and cadres' focus on building a clean government in terms of movement and guidance. To realize this goal, the spiritual thoughts with adherence to the principle of acting practically according to realities should be employed. Our commemoration of Chen Yun is for inheritance of his spirits and practice in construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
