Practice of Nursing Post Management in a Military Central Hospital

护士岗位管理是加强护士队伍的科学管理和持续深化优质护理服务的重要举措。本文从护理人员绩效评价着手,介绍采取岗位调研、科学设岗、分层培训、薪随岗变等手段落实岗位管理,充分调动护士的积极性,患者和医师满意度均有显著提高。

Nurses position management is an important measure to enhance the nurse team management scientifically and deepen the high quality care service project. We focused on the nurse performance evaluation to promote the nurses position management, by analyzing the post need, setting the position scientifically, training and setting the bonus of different post, thus to mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses, and improve the satisfaction of the doctors and patients.
