摘要
目的旨在针对民营医院护理队伍人才流失现象,分析护理人员流失原因,以期对改善民营医院护理队伍建设提供依据。方法对国内外文章进行综述。结果我国民营医院护理管理中存在的主要问题是,人员流动性大、护理队伍不稳定、结构不合理;员工的素质参差不齐;继续教育发展缓慢;相关规章制度和激励机制欠健全;护理人员对于自我职业的不重视等。结论提出建立良好就医环境,提高护士地位;改善管理方式;以人为本,人性化管理。
Objective The brain personnel loss, in order to provide a basis drain phenomenon of nurses were analyzed to find the causes of nursing for nursing management of private hospitals. Methods The articles at home and abroad were reviewed. Results The problems existing in the nursing management in private hospital are as following: personnel fluidity is big, nursing team is not stable, the personnel structure is unreasonable, the quality of staff is uneven, the continue education is weak, the rules and regulations and incentives are not sound, the selfcareer value is low. Conclusion We should provide a better medical environment, improve the status of nurse, improve management skill, and implement people -oriented and humanized management.
