Experts with Agency Duty Participating in Clinical Teaching for General Medical Undergraduates

本院于2015年1月开始承担海军全科医学本科生的临床实习教学工作。为优化实习生的培养,在本院代职的医学专家参与临床教学,促进教学改革,增强带教意识,培养带教队伍,规范临床路径,提高教学质量,增强基层医院软实力。

The Clinical teaching work for the naval general medical undergraduates in the hospital began in January 2015. In order to optimize the training of interns, experts with agency duty from general hospital or military medical university participated in these clinical teaching activities, which has promoted the teaching reform, enhanced teaching consciousness, cultured teaching teams, standardized clinical pathway, improved teaching quality and strengthened the service ability of the primary hospital.
