摘要
苝酰亚胺作为一类独特的n-型有机半导体材料,以其为构筑单元形成的超分子聚集体具有独特的光物理和光化学性质,在光电功能器件上具有广阔的应用前景。综述了近年来以苝酰亚胺为构筑单元,π-π堆积引导构筑的各种超分子聚集体的研究现状,这些超分子聚集体展现出丰富的形貌结构和独特的光电功能。简单介绍了苝酰亚胺自组装纳米材料在场效应晶体管和气体传感器方面的应用。最后,对其发展前景作了展望。
The perylene tetracarboxylic diimide(PDI)is a unique n-type organic semiconducting material and the PDI aggregates based onπ-πstacking possess special photophysical and photochemical properties,showing broad application prospects for photoelectric functional devices.The self-assembled PDI aggregates based onπ-πstacking were summarized.These PDI aggregates showed abundant morphology and unique photoelectric properties.Application of self-assembled PDI nanostructures in organic field effect transistor and gas sensor was introduced.The prospect of these aspects was also included.
