摘要
采用含醛基苯并噁嗪和二苯甲烷二胺型苯并噁嗪的混合物(MA)为基础树脂,加入含磷环氧树脂进行改性,制备了一种适用于RTM工艺、综合性能优良的新型阻燃树脂(MAE)。采用多种测试方法表征了该共混树脂的黏度和固化行为,及固化物的耐热性能、阻燃性能与力学性能,讨论了含磷环氧树脂用量对综合性能的影响。结果表明,共混树脂黏度满足RTM工艺要求,随着含磷环氧树脂用量增加,体系黏度增长变慢,延长了工艺适用期。加入含磷环氧后,共混体系的力学强度大幅增加,阻燃性仍保持UL-94V-0级别。
A novel RTM resin(MAE)with flame-retardancy and high performance was prepared by blending phosphorus-containing epoxy resin and aldehyde-containing benzoxazine/methylenedianiline bis-benzoxazine resin(MA).The viscosity,curing behavior of MAE and heat resistance,flame retardancy,mechanical properties of cured MAE were characterized by various methods.The influences of phosphorous-containing epoxy's amount on MAE's properties were discussed.The results showed that viscosity of MAE met the processing requirement of RTM technique.The increase of MAE's viscosity slowed down as the amount of epoxy resin in MAE increased,which extended the pot life.The addition of phosphorous-containing epoxy to MA substantially increased its mechanical strength while the flame retardancy was maintained within UL-94V-0grade.
