摘要
以自制纳米TiO2为前躯体,NaOH溶液为水热介质,采用水热法制备了TiO2纳米管,利用X-射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)和高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)等分析手段对其进行了结构表征。运用抑菌圈法定性测试了TiO2纳米管对金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草杆菌的抑菌特性。结果表明:采用该方法得到的TiO2纳米管为锐钛矿相,结构清晰、管径小、管形均匀,对两种细菌具有良好的抑菌性能。同时对TiO2纳米管今后可能的发展趋势进行了展望。
TiO2nanotubes were successfully prepared with the self-made nano titanium dioxide as the precursor and NaOH.The materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),respectively.Its antibacterial activity against staphylococcus aureus and bacillus subtilis was investigated by the qualitative inhibition zone method.The results showed that the TiO2 nanotubes was anatase phase with clear structure,smaller diameter,evenly shape,and had good antibacterial properties for two kinds of bacteria.Meanwhile,its possible development trend in the future was prospected.
