摘要
以丝光沸石为改性对象,Ce(NO3)3·6H2O为添加剂,采用等体积浸渍法结合干燥、焙烧与研磨过程制得具有协同吸附氮氧化物与单质汞的CeO2掺杂改性丝光沸石复合材料。采用扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪和热重分析仪对复合材料进行表征,并考察了CeO2/丝光沸石复合材料对氮氧化物及单质汞的协同吸附性能。结果表明,Ce较充分地与丝光沸石均匀混合,CeO2/丝光沸石具有明显的失重现象,在100-150℃之间有较好的低温脱硝性能,150-400℃之间脱硝吸附作用稳定且活性区域宽,复合材料对单质汞具有良好的低温脱除性,在200℃的前30min内,汞几乎被全部吸附。
CeO2-doped mordenite compound materials with the adsorbent property of synchronous removal of nitrogen oxide and elemental mercury were prepared by the incipient wetness method through the progress of dryness,calcination and grinding.The materials were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy,thermogravimetry.The performance of materials for synchronous removal of nitrogen oxide and elemental mercury was investigated.It was found that Ce was fully mixed with mordenite.CeO2/mordenite had obvious weight loss phenomenon,it showed great denitrification performance at low temperature from 100℃to 150℃,the denitrification performance of CeO2/mordenite was stable and with a wide active region during 150℃to 400℃,the materials had good low-temperature removal of elemental mercury,mercury was almost completely adsorbed in the first 30 minutes at 200℃.
