摘要
采用固相反应法合成了CaO:Eu3+,A(A=Li+,Na+,K+)荧光粉,研究了CaO:Eu3+,A(A=Li+,Na+,K+)荧光粉的发光性能。结果表明:CaO:Eu3+,A(A=Li+,Na+,K+)荧光粉具有面心立方结构,Eu3+、Li+、Na+、K+的加入没有改变CaO基质的结构。主激发峰均位于200~310nm之间,对应于Eu3+-O2-的电荷迁移跃迁(CTB),属于宽带激发。在紫外光激发下,CaO:Eu3+,Li+和CaO:Eu3+,Na+荧光粉均发出橙色光,CaO:Eu3+,K+荧光粉发射出红色光。CaO:Eu3+,K+荧光粉是一种极具潜力的近紫外光激发的红色荧光粉。
The phosphor CaO:Eu^3+,A(A=Li^+,Na^+,K^+)was prepared by solid-state method.The luminescent properties of phosphor were investigated in detail.The results showed that thephosphor was belong to the face-centered cubic structure,the doping of Eu^3+and alkaline ions(Li^+,Na^+,K^+)did not change the structure of the CaO matrix.The main excitation peak at 200-310nm attributed to Eu^3+-O2^-charge transfer transition(CTB)and belonged to the broad band excitation.Excited with near-UV light,the phosphors CaO:Eu^3+,Li^+and CaO:Eu^3+,Na+emitted orange light.However,the phosphor CaO:Eu^3+,K+emitting red light.It was found that the phosphor CaO:Eu^3+,K+was a kind of potential red phosphor capable to be excited by near ultraviolet light.
