摘要
设计合成了3种阴离子相同的酸性功能化离子液体[HMIM]HSO4、[HPy]HSO4和[Hnhp]HSO4,将其用于DBT含量为500μg/g的模拟汽油脱硫中,3种离子液体均有较好的脱硫效果,其中离子液体[Hnhp]HSO4具有最好的DBT脱除效果。在离子液体[Hnhp]HSO4中,考察了工艺条件对脱硫率的影响。结果表明:当氧化剂用量n(H2O2)/n(S)=8,反应时间为60min,反应温度为60℃,剂油体积比V([Hnhp]HSO4)∶V(模拟汽油)=1∶5时,模拟汽油的脱硫率可达99.4%。且离子液体[Hnhp]HSO4具有较好的重复使用能力,重复使用6次后,脱硫率没有明显降低。
Three kinds of acidic functional ionic liquid[HMIM]HSO4,[HPy]HSO4and[Hnhp]HSO4 were synthesized,and used in the desulfurization process of DBT in the model oil.The ionic liquids all performed excellent performance of desulfurization,in which[Hnhp]HSO4explained the highest desulfurization rate.The effects of conditions of the desulfurization process on the sulfur removal rate were studied catalyzed by ionic liquid[Hnhp]HSO4.The results showed that the sulfur removal of DBT in model oil could reach 99.4% when n(H2O2)/n(S)=8,t=60min,T=60℃,V([Hnhp]HSO4)∶V(model oil)=1∶5.[Hnhp]HSO4could be recycled 6times with merely a slight decrease in activity.
