摘要
采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑工艺(VARTM)制备了高强2号玻璃纤维增强乙烯基酯树脂复合材料,表征了该复合材料在不同应力水平下的疲劳寿命和复合材料变形量,分析了其疲劳变化过程。结果表明,该玻纤增强复合材料在受到30%的应力水平,即拉伸应力值不大于166MPa时,不会因疲劳而发生失效;应力水平与失效前的变形量成正比,同时表明,该复合材料在疲劳载荷下的破坏形式为突然断裂,这些典型结论为复合材料在工程上的应用提供了技术支持。
Samples of number 2high performance glass fiber reinforced resin composite were prepared by vacuum aided resin transfer molding process(VARTM).The fatigue life and transformation of the composite at different stress levels were studied,and the process of fatigue change was also analyzed in details.The results indicated that the composite won't be fatigue fractured when the stress level lower than 30%,that was to say the tensile stress no higher than 166 MPa.The stress level was observed to be proportional to the transformation of the composite before fracture.Also,the experiment indicated that the composite had the phenomena of sudden rupture under the load of fatigue.These typical conclusions provided technological supports for the applications of composite in engineering.
