摘要
随着信息技术的突飞猛进与全球化的激烈竞争21世纪已是以知识为主轴的时代。知识密集服务业以其高附加值、高知识性的特点成为知识经济下成长最快速的行业。传统价值链的分析模式在知识经济的市场竞争中,已经无法完全满足企业的需求,据此本文通过探讨知识密集服务业的创新特征和价值链相关理论演进,构建了适用于知识密集服务业的价值链,期望此价值链模型能够对知识密集服务企业有所帮助。
With the fierce competition under globalization and the spurted progress of information technology, the twenty -first century has already been an era with the knowledge as the main spindle. Knowledge intensive service industry is a prime target for the development of the service industry with characteristics of high added value and high knowledge. The traditional value chain model has been unable to fully meet the needs of the enterprises. Through discussing the theory innovation character- istics of knowledge intensive service industry and value chain evolution, we constructed the value chain for knowledge inten- sive service industry based on customer orientation in this paper. We hope that this value chain model is helpful to Chinese knowledge intensive service industry.
