摘要
高绩效团队的产生成为组织持续发展的关键。基于社会互依理论,本文归纳了影响高绩效团队的因素,包括四个方面:个体和团队特征、团队目标一致性、团队关系和团队行为。这些因素的特定逻辑关系决定了高绩效团队产生路径。结合团队发展阶段提出四种典型高绩效团队的产生路径:领导风格引领路径、团队关系主导路径、团队目标主导路径和整合路径。在确定高绩效团队产生路径的基础之上,提出创建高绩效团队的相应措施,以改善团队运行模式和管理制度,促进团队创新绩效的提高,并逐渐发展成为高绩效团队。
The formation of high -performance teams becomes the key to the continuous development of the organization. Based on the social interdependence theory, this paper summarizes four factors that affect high - performance teams including individ- ual and team characteristics, consistency of team goals, team relationships and team behavior. The specific logical relation- ship of these factors determines the path to high - performance teams. Four typical paths are put forward: leadership style guiding path, team relationship leading path, team goals dominating path and integration path. Then measures are proposed to build high - performance teams in view of the determination of these paths. These measures can help improve the operat- ing mode and management system of teams and enhance team innovation performance.
