三种髓腔穿孔修复材料对人牙周膜成纤维细胞黏附及形态影响的体外研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究3种常用髓腔穿孔修复材料对人牙周膜成纤维细胞附着、形态的影响。方法:在倒置相差显微镜下观察MTA、Z350纳米复合树脂、银汞合金对细胞形态的影响,并在扫描电镜下直接观察3种材料表面人牙周膜成纤维细胞的附着情况。结果:银汞合金对细胞形态的影响最大,材料周围的无细胞带面积最大(P<0.05),材料表面黏附细胞最少,大多数细胞皱缩,失去正常的细胞形态;Z350纳米复合树脂对细胞影响次之,少量细胞变圆;MTA对细胞形态的影响最小(P<0.05),与前两组相比,材料周围的无细胞带面积最小,材料表面黏附细胞多,形态良好。结论:MTA对人牙周膜成纤维细胞附着、形态影响明显小于Z350纳米复合树脂及银汞合金。 AIM: To evaluate the effects of three perforation repair materials on the morphology and adhesion of human periodontal ligament fibroblasts( HPDLFs) in vitro. METHODS: HPDLFs were respectively cultured on mineral trioxide aggregate( MTA),Z350 and amalgam for 24 h. The morphology of the cells was observed under phase contrast microscope and adhesion of the cells to the tested materials were observed by scanning electron microscope. RESULTS: The amalgam group had a larger cell-free zone than Z350 and MTA groups. Furthrmore,HPDLFs adhered poorly in amalgam group than in the other two groups. MTA group had the smallest cell-free zone and HPDLFs showed good attachment and spreading on the surface of MTA. CONCLUSION: MTA has the smaller influence on HPDLFs morphology and adhesion than Z350 and amalgam.
