陈云在以毛泽东为核心和以邓小平为核心的中共第一代、第二代中央领导集体中都是重要成员,党的新民主主义革命理论、社会主义革命和建设思想、社会主义改革开放思想中都凝聚着陈云的贡献。只要把陈云的改革开放思想放在改革开放前后的整个历史过程中加以考察,就可以清晰地看出,他的这一思想是既要解放思想又要实事求是的思想,是既要积极推动又要稳步前进的思想,是既要搞活微观又要管好宏观的思想,是既要看到消极现象不可避免又要对消极现象坚决克服、严加限制的思想。

Chen Yun is an important member of the CPC's first and second generation of central collective leadership.The CPC's new-democratic revolution theory,socialist thought of revolution and construction and socialist thought on reform and opening-up embodies Chen Yun's contributions.Putting Chen Yun's thought of reform and opening-up in the whole historical process before and after the reform and opening-up we can clearly see that his thought is the thought both emancipation and seeking truth from facts,both active promotion and steady progress,both enlivening the microcosmic and managing the macrocosmic and pay attention to both the inevitable negative phenomena and resolutely overcome and tightly restrict negative phenomena.
