摘要
阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)是一种进行性的退行性神经病变,目前尚无治愈方法。用中药治疗AD一直是研究热点,复方、单味药的实验研究逐渐深入。通过查阅文献,对近年来中药治疗AD的一些实验进行整理,主要从增强胆碱能系统功能、减轻Aβ聚集、抗炎、清除自由基、减少神经细胞凋亡等方面进行论述。
Alzheimer＇s disease is a progressive neurodegenerative disease,which currently can not be cured. The traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） treatment of AD has been a hot research and the experimental study of compound and single herbs is gradually deeper. This article by searching the literature, compiled some experiments of AD, mainly from strengthening the function of cholinergic system, reducing AI3 aggregation, anti - inflammatory, scavenging free radicals, reducing the nerve cell aapoptosis, etc.
