放眼未来社会发展,不论是对于进入了超高龄社会的发达国家,还是对于面临老龄化社会的发展中国家,如何处理好人口的老龄化的挑战,必将是备受瞩目的重大问题。因此,试从分析衰老原因入手,立足"未富先老"的我国基本国情,以《内经》为依托,积极发挥中医优势,努力探索中国特色的健康老龄化路径。

Looking to the future social development, for either the developed countries which enter the super aged so- ciety or the developing countries which face the aging society, how to deal with the aging population will be major issues of high - profile. Therefore, this paper tries to start from the analysis of the causes of aging, based on the country fundamen- tal realities that aging before getting rich and Neijing, actively playing the advantages of Chinese medicine and exploring the healthy aging path with Chinese characteristics.
