畲药坚七扭根的质量标准研究

Quality Standard Study of Traditional She Medicine Radix Jianqiniu

目的：研究畲药坚七扭根的质量标准,为制定合理的质控方法提供科学依据。方法：运用显微鉴别法、薄层色谱法、高效液相色谱法分别对坚七扭根的显微特征、有效成分没食子酸进行定性、定量测定;对醇溶性浸出物、水分以及总灰分含量进行控制。结果：坚七扭根的薄层色谱、显微特征性明显;没食子酸在0.022 4-0.448μg范围内呈线性,回归方程为Y=9 983.3x-25.124（r=0.999 9）,平均加样回收率为102.2%（RSD=1.6%）。结论：研究所得方法简便、准确、重复性好,可有效控制坚七扭根的质量。

Objective ： To study the quality standard of Radix Jianqiniu and to provide the science basis for establishing a reasonable method of quality control. Method： With the method of thin - layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography for qualitation and quantitative determination of Galliic Acid, determine the ethanol soluble extrac- tives, water content and total ash of Radix gradeniae. Determine the characteristics under the microscope. Result： Charac- teristics of thin - layer chromatography of Radix Jianqiniu was obvious. The characteristics under the microscope was obvious. The good linearity of Galliic Acid was at 12.61 ～252.2 μg· mL-1 and the calibration curve was y =9 983.3x- 25. 124（r =0. 999 9）. The average recovery rate was 102.2% （ RSD = 1.60% ）. Conclusion： This method is simple,accurate and reproducible and can effectively control the quality of Radix Jianqiniu.
