摘要
针对农业科研单位仪器设备管理现状作了初步分析,指出仪器设备盲目和重复购置、设备利用率低、以及仪器设备管理人员少且管理素质不高等问题,笔者就如何提高仪器设备的管理水平和使用效益,从加强仪器设备管理意识、构建大型仪器共享平台、仪器设备管理人才队伍建设等方面进行了探讨。
