摘要
在深圳市第二人民医院住院部中心药房成立品管圈(QCC)小组,按照主题选定、拟定活动计划书、现状把握、目标设定、解析、对策拟定、对策实施与检讨、效果确认、相关指标标准化、检讨与改进等十个步骤实施,出院带药病人在中心药房窗口取药的时间由原先的6.18 min减少为现在的2.08 min,有效缩短了住院病人出院带药时间,提高了药师们的工作效率,也提升了医院的药学服务质量。
TThe center of QCC（quality control circle, QCC） group was established in our hospital pharmacy department. In accordance with the rules, the theme was selected to formulate the plan book, grasp the current situation, goal setting and analyzing, countermeasure setting, implementation and review of proposed countermeasures. The effect was confirmed, correlation index standardization, review the implementation and improvement of ten step, discharge time to distribute medicine to patients in the central pharmacy window reduced from the original 6.18 minutes to2.08 minutes now, which can effectively shorten the hospitalized patients with drug discharge time, improve pharmacists work efficiency, to enhance the quality of service in our hospital department pharmacy.
