二氧化碳激光治疗仪治疗口腔黏膜扁平苔藓临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:评价二氧化碳激光治疗仪应用于口腔黏膜扁平苔藓的优越性和安全性。方法:选取2012年6月-2014年1月清远市妇幼保健院40例口腔黏膜扁平苔藓患者随机分为实验组、对照组,每组各20例,实验组应用二氧化碳激光治疗;对照组采用常规手术刀配合电刀切除治疗,评定两组患者临床疗效。结果:两组患者术后疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),两组在手术时间、术中平均出血量及创面愈合时间对比,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。实验组所有20例患者术后无感染、创口亦一期愈合。随访1-2年,随访期内无复发。结论:应用二氧化碳激光治疗口腔黏膜扁平苔藓具有手术时间短、操作简单、出血少、手术视野清晰、创面愈合快、复发率低和术后并发症少等优点。 Objective To evaluate safety and advantages of using carbon dioxide(CO2) laser in treatment of oral mucosal lesions. Methoeds 40 cases of patients with oral lichen planus were randomly divided into A(experimental group) and B(control group),each group had 20 cases, group A applied laser treatment; group B with conventional surgical knife and electric knife excision treatment. The two groups were compared and assessment of clinical outcome. Results The effects of two groups have no significant difference(P〉0.05) and have statistical significance in operation time, mean intraoperative bleeding and wound healing time(P〈0.05). All 20 patients of group A were without infection and wound was healing well. Followed up for 1 to 2 years, no recurrence was found. Conclusions The application of CO2 laser in treatment of oral mucosal lesions has the advantages of reduced bleeding, a clear view during surgery, and a shorter operative time, which is worthy of clinical application.
