精神科与内科医生心理防御方式及心理健康状况对照研究

Psychiatric and Psychological Defense Style Physicians and Mental Health-control Study

目的:探讨就职于精神病医院的精神科医生与工作在综合性医院的内科医生在心理状况的差异。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及防御方式问卷(DSQ)对2011年10月12日-2013年9月10日我市3所精神病院精神科医生与两所综合性医院内科医生进行调查比较。结果:精神科医生与内科医生在Scl-90总分、强迫、恐怖、偏执、精神病性方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在饮食睡眠方面比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。DSQ显示在投射、幻想、分裂、幽默、反作用形成、解除、回避、理想化、伴无能、消耗倾向方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在潜意显现、不成熟型、隔离、中间型、掩饰因子方面比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),结论:精神科医生心理健康水平优于内科医生,精神科医生的心理防御水平高于内科医生,也更加的成熟。

Objective To investigate the psychological status difference between psychiatric hospital psychiatrist and the physicians in general hospitals. Methods Symptom Checklist（SCL-90） and the Defense Style Questionnaire（DSQ） were conducted for three psychiatrists and two psychiatric general hospital medicine Doctors from October 2011 to September 2013. Results By comparing Scl-90 total score coercion, terror, paranoia, psychosis, the difference for psychiatrist and physician was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, comparing the diet sleep, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. DSQ was displayed in the projection, fantasy, division, humor, reaction form, lifting, avoidance, idealistic, with incompetence, more inclined aspects of consumption, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, in acting out, immature, isolated, intermediate, cover relatively factors, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）, Conclusions The psychological status for mental health psychiatrists is better than physicians, and the psychiatrists psychological defense level is higher than physicians
