摘要
在利用有限元对火管锅炉管板进行热应力分析时,若将浇注料和防磨套管建入整体实体模型中,则建模和边界十分复杂,计算难度很大。通过采用局部分析和整体分析相结合的方法,首先对管板上两个局部结构进行温度场分析,将得到的温度场以节点温度的方式加载到整体模型上,再进行热应力分析,最终得到整体结构的温度场和应力场。这样处理使火管锅炉管板有限元分析方法和过程大大简化,该方法对同类设备的分析有一定的参考价值。
By using finite element analysis to analyze the thermal stress of tube sheet,if the castable and wear casing are modeling into the whole entity model, the model and the boundary are complex, and calculation is very difficult. The method is combining the local analysis and the overall analysis. Firstly, calculating two local structures temperature field on the tube plate, get the temperature field. Then temperature load is applied as node load to the whole model, finally getting temperature field and stress field of the whole model structure. The method and process is greatly simplified. It is useful to analyze the similar equipments.
