摘要
为了查明压力容器上的一起不锈钢爆破片异常爆裂失效原因,针对开裂爆破片进行了检测分析。结果表明,爆破片上片开裂失效原因是Cl-造成的应力腐蚀,雨水等各类介质在上片表面沉积带来较高浓度Cl-,再加上爆破片的爆破压力选型过小,局部区域应力过大,造成爆破片的上片逐渐产生应力腐蚀裂纹,最终产生爆裂失效。针对爆破片失效原因,采取了相应的技术措施,消除了爆破片的安全隐患。
In order to find out the failure reason about an abnormal blasting of a stainless steel rupture disk on a pressure vessel, testing analysis of the rupture disk was carried out. The results showed that the failure nature of the rupture disk upper panel was stress corrosion caused by Cl -. Rain and other kinds of media deposited on the surface of the upper panel and brought high concentration of Cl -. The burst pressure selection of the rupture disk was small which caused local high stress. The stress corrosion cracks came to being gradually and burst failure finally. The appropriate measures were taken to eliminate the hidden trouble of the rupture disk.
