综采工作面边角煤回采对接及顶板控制技术

摘要 焦煤集团一九三〇煤矿二采区受地质条件影响,原设计工作面上部预留了以三角煤柱,预计工业储量18.5万t。为提高资源回收率设计回采上部三角煤柱,为此需要解决回采工作面与边角煤工作面的巷道对接、设备对接及顶板控制等关键技术,通过在现场指导、实践实现了安全回采边角煤,多回采原煤16.5万余吨,实现了边角煤工作面与回采工作面设备对接、巷道对接以及过中部上山顶板安全管理。 Since the NO.2 panel of 1930 coal mine of Coking Coal Group influenced by geological conditions, triangle pillars are reserved above the original design working face,and its industrial reserve estimated 185000 tons.Designing to stope these upper triangle pillars in order to increase the resources recovers rate,therefore the key technique such as docking of equipment and roadway of stoping face and boundary coal face, the control of roof should be solved.By guiding and practice of field,stoping boundary coal safely is realized,and recovery coal more than165000 tons,realize the docking of equipment and roadway of boundary coal face and stoping face and the security management of roof as well.
